  • Physical Fitness: Participants should confirm they are in good physical health. Anyone with heart conditions, mobility issues, or other medical concerns should not take part without consulting a doctor.
  • Waiver of Liability: Participants acknowledge that walking on LEGO or hot coals/fire embers involves some risk of injury. By signing up, participants agree to sign a waiver before taking part.
  • Medical Disclaimer: The organisers are not liable for any medical conditions that arise before, during, or after the event.
  • Event timings and punctuality: The event time and location details will be communicated. Participants must arrive on time to ensure safety and proper participation. It is the responsibility of the participant to arrange travel and accommodation to ensure they adhere to the event schedule.
  • Mandatory Briefing: All participants must attend a safety briefing before the event. For firewalks, this will include detailed instructions on how to walk safely over the embers. If a participant misses the briefing, they may not be allowed to take part.
  • Alcohol and Drugs: Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during the event. If suspected, they will not be allowed to take part.
  • Event Cancellation: The organisers reserve the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. bad weather, safety concerns). • Storage and Security: Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The organisers are not liable for any lost or stolen items.
  • Minimum Fundraising: The minimum fundraising target is £150 per person. Your efforts in reaching this goal are crucial to the success of our mission. Please be aware that you may be liable for the shortfall to cover the cost of your place in the event if you are unable to meet the target. In some cases, we may need to consider reallocating your spot to another participant if the target is not reached. Every pound raised will go directly towards supporting care workers and together, we can make a tremendous impact. All donations are final and non-refundable.
