The Care Workers’ Charity and OneAdvanced

OneAdvanced are joining The Care Workers’ Charity (CWC) as a Bronze Sponsor and are helping to raise awareness of the support offered by the charity. The support given will widen the reach of CWC and will ensure more care workers in need can receive support.

Fran Kirke, VP of Social Care at OneAdvanced commented “I am proud to announce our sponsorship of the Care Workers Charity.

The care sector is facing unprecedented financial pressures, with tightening budgets and increasing demands for high-quality care. Care workers are at the heart of this sector, often going above and beyond to ensure the well-being of those they care for, despite the constraints they face. By sponsoring the Care Workers Charity, we aim to provide much-needed support to these dedicated professionals.

Re-investing into the care sector is incredibly important for us at OneAdvanced.  By sponsoring CWC we aim to facilitate the incredible work they do, offering financial assistance, mental health support and resources to care workers.  As a result, together we can help build a more resilient care sector.”

Karolina Gerlich, CEO of the CWC says, “We are very grateful that OneAdvanced has decided to support the CWC by once again becoming a Bronze Sponsor. By supporting us in this way they are supporting the social care workforce and showing their admiration of the amazing work achieved in social care.”

There are almost 2 million care workers in the UK who care for the most vulnerable members of our society. The Care Workers’ Charity is a national charity that supports people working in social care in the UK with financial and mental health support.

The Care Workers’ Charity aims to ensure the social care workforce is supported so that the best level of care is given to service users.
