About the Event
Rise to the Challenge: Ascend To New Heights
Embark on an inspiring adventure with Care Workers’ Charity’s Annual Trek, a remarkable event that crowns the end of Professional Care Workers’ Week!
Conquer one of the Yorkshire Three Peaks, Pen-y-ghent (694m/2,276 ft). The route is 9.5 miles, starting and ending in Horton-in-Ribblesdale, and you will be collected and transferred back to the start/finish venue where you will enjoy a glass of fizz.
You can choose to walk all 3 peaks! The Yorkshire Three Peaks is a very demanding but rewarding trekking challenge, which takes in the summits of Pen-y-ghent (694m/2,276 ft), Whernside (736m/2,415 ft) and Ingleborough (723m/2,372 ft) all in one circular route starting and ending in Horton-in-Ribblesdale with a glass of fizz.
