KYN are joining The Care Workers’ Charity (CWC) as a Supporter Member and are helping to raise awareness of the support offered by the charity. The support given will widen the reach of CWC and will ensure more care workers in need can receive support.
Caroline Naidoo, managing director of KYN says: “At KYN our vision is to innovate and transform person centered later life care for all. This starts with our people. We aspire to ensure that every employee is treated as we would wish to be treated ourselves which compliments the CWC’s commitment to give a voice to all care workers and the difficulties they face.”

The Care Workers’ Charity is a national charity that supports people working in social care in the UK with financial and mental health support. The Care Workers’ Charity aims to ensure the social care workforce is supported so that the best level of care is given to service users.
