The Care Workers Advisory Board and Care Worker Champions Project

About the Project

The Care Workers Advisory Board and Care Worker Champions Project

At the heart of The Care Workers’ Charity (CWC) is our commitment to placing care workers at the forefront of our work. Supported by The Rayne Foundation as part of their Better Careers for Better Care programme, this project aims to raise the voices of care workers and address critical policy issues in the care sector. We will be recruiting a network of frontline care workers from across the UK to share regional insights, collaborate, and enhance skills and visibility. Participants will be paid for their time and receive training and development opportunities.
